Eating Out

We are very lucky to have many pubs and restaurants in the area that serve good food and drinks, many dog friendly that have an area where your dog can dine with you.

The Black Venus in Challacombe - Our favourite pub and just happens to be the closest pub to us. It welcomes 2 legged and 4 legged guests and serves great food. It's a 2 mile hilly walk that takes about 40 minutes to walk or a 5 minute drive.

Challacombe PO & shop - A well stocked shop for essentials. Like stepping back in time. Old K6 phone box. Also do pasties, cake, lunches and Cream Tea's, Home made food. No menu, but just ask. Outdoor tea garden.
