2) If you are coming from Barnstaple via Bratton Fleming proceed to the crossroads go straight over on to the un-named road (there’s a blue sign saying ‘Unsuitable for HGV’s and Coaches’).
3) From the Four Way cross roads, drive past the old Exmoor steam railway on your right and over 3 hump back bridges (slow over these), you will pass a bridle path sign on your right and then the road bends to the left and heads downhill to a stream, You then start to climb, The holiday cottage is immediatly on the right side driveway sign 'KIPSCOMBE'
If you're a camper contiue to the top of hill passing our house driveway, as soon as you get to the top of the hill turn immediately right onto our farm track and the entrance to the campsite. You will see our campsite sign at the entrance. This will be about 1.2 miles from the A399
